It takes courage to heal and to create the life you deserve, and I am honored to support you. I am an EMDR certified licensed mental health counselor and a humanistic music psychotherapist serving teen and adult clients with trauma, depression and anxiety. I specialize in caring for caregivers (medical providers, nurses, social workers, counselors, etc.) and end of life support. My framework for psychotherapy is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) interventions, music interventions, therapeutic instrument instruction, songwriting, expressive art making, as well as verbal processing to facilitate your needs.
